We start
by ensuring that all materials enter our state-of-the-art
production facility with a full chemical analysis. Once inside
our shop, materials are fed to one of our production cells.
Our processes include Swiss Screw Machining, Wire EDM, Ram
EDM, CNC Milling, Grinding, Laser Welding, and Assembly.
Where necessary, secondary operations such as
micro-blasting, heat-treating and chemical deburring are performed
in-house. Throughout production, we capture and generate Statistical
Process Control (SPC) data to minimize process variations.
Pulse’s technical support continues after
your components are shipped. Our engineers are committed to
solving any technical problems that should arise. Throughout
our business relationship with you, we focus on refining component
designs to simplify manufacturability and reduce product expenses.
